Account and Data Deletion

1. Delete Directly in the App

1. HSK 4 In the app,Settings go to the tab.
2. Account ManagementSelect .
3. To delete only this app's learning records, select HSK 4 → Delete account, or to delete the learning records and login account for all DayPrep apps, select Delete DayPrep Account Permanently.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If it is difficult to access the app, contact@daylab.dev with the email address you used to sign up and the scope of deletion (HSK 4 learning records, or the entire DayPrep account). We will process your request without delay after verifying your identity.

3. Scope of Deletion and Retention

• Account information, learning records, app settings, inquiry contents and attached images, push tokens, and device-linkage information are destroyed according to the selected scope of deletion.
• Payment and transaction records are retained for 5 years and then destroyed pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
• Deleting the app alone does not delete data synchronized to the server, so the data must be deleted through the above procedure.
